Photography
Personal cameras and camcorders will be allowed for the
Commencement exercise, but guests will not be allowed in the area
where the graduates are seated. Please be sensitive to other guests
when taking photographs.
Butler University contracts with GradImages to photograph each
graduate. Photos are taken of the graduates as they receive their
diploma, in front of a Butler banner, and with a solid background.
Graduates can pre-register their email and GradImages will contact
them as their photos are available for online viewing and ordering.
Up to 6 family members' contact information may be added as well to
help share the good news and the photos!
GradImages will mail individual proofs within five days of the
ceremony. Proofs are also available online at www.gradimages.com
GradImages is the most experienced company in
the graduation photography industry and has provided this service
as a specialty for over 3 decades. All film taken of each graduate
will be identified and complementary passport sized proofs will be
mailed to each graduate photographed within 1 - 3 days after the
ceremony. The graduate's proofs will be online and viewable within
1 - 3 days after graduation.
GradImages will mail to each graduates permanent address a
passport-size color proof of each photograph taken at the ceremony.
The graduates and their families then have the option to order
whatever additional photo package they would like. There is no
prepayment or obligation to do so.
If a graduate wishes to order, it can be done by mail, phone,
fax or the website www.gradimages.com. Forms of
payment include cash, check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card or American Express. GradImages accepts from and
mails to all countries throughout the world. Finished photographs
are mailed to the customer within 5 - 7 days of receipt of an
order, which to our knowledge is the fastest turnaround time in the
industry.
