Commencement Ceremony
Doors open to Hinkle Fieldhouse at 8:30 a.m.
Students report to the Efroymson Family Gym (formerly known as the
West Gym) at 9 a.m.
Guests must be seated by 9:20 a.m. (In preparation for the
processional, access to the main arena will be greatly reduced.
Guests are strongly encouraged to visit the restrooms and
concessions prior to this time and return to their seats.)
Processional begins at 10:00 a.m.
College of Business Reception
Location TBD - Immediately following ceremony, 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Refreshments provided
The reception is for graduates and their families as well as the
Butler community.
