Spring Commencement 2013
Each spring, we are excited to welcome Butler families to
historic Hinkle Fieldhouse as we recognize the achievements of the
graduating class. This year, the spring commencement ceremony will
take place on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
Please explore the links on this page for a summary of the
ceremony as well as detailed information on ordering
student caps, gowns and
hoods, requesting
tickets, how to get here,
where
to park and important commencement
events happening throughout the day. Concerned
students should also take a few minutes to fill out the name pronunciation
form to ensure that their names are read aloud
correctly during the ceremony.
Hinkle Fieldhouse is pleased to offer
accessibility services to those with special needs, as
well as a complimentary parking shuttle for
your convenience.
In addition to a clearly marked temporary photo section in the
stands to the west of the stage, a professional photographer will be at
the ceremony. A DVD of the
ceremony will be made available for purchase. A low
resolution copy of the 2012 spring commencement
ceremony video is posted online.
