Kim Goad's mission is to use her relational, communication, and organizational skills to help organizations and individuals grow. She has over two decades of business planning, marketing and development experience with clients in a variety of industries. Her accomplishments have included the development of new process methodologies, quality processes and reporting tools, new product development and roll-out, new program implementation, and the transition of crucial business operations. Her clients have described her as a "vibrant, deeply-trusted, high-capacity professional" who is "highly creative yet detail oriented," and who "has a gift for turning disparate ideas into concrete projects that get completed on time and within budget."
She's also counseled and mentored tweens, adolescents and emerging adults for more than a decade. She is coauthor of One Girl Can Change the World (Standard 2009) and its companion journal and Leader's Guide. She is also coauthor of Inked: Choosing God's Mark to Transform Your Life (Abingdon 2013), has published numerous magazine articles, and has been an invited speaker at national conferences. She earned her bachelor's from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and her master's in counseling psychology from Indiana University School of Education.
