Vice Pres. of Community Relations, Citizens Energy Group

Yvonne Perkins is vice president of community relations for Citizens Energy Group in Indianapolis. While earning her accounting degree, she was a student intern with Citizens Energy and has been employed by the company since her graduation. She served on the Butler Alumni Association Board of Directors (1989 -1992) and was a founding member of Minority Alumni Council (1986 -1989). Perkins is active on numerous local boards, including those of the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS), IUPUI, Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, Coburn Place Safe Haven, and Planned Parenthood of Indiana. She was named to the IPS Alumni Hall of Fame in 2011.
