Gregory A. Jung is senior vice president for Employee Channels at Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C., where he oversees the bank's internal employee communication channels as well as enterprise crisis communication channels. While obtaining his MBA from Butler's College of Business, Jung took a course in organizational communication that led, at least in part, to his interest in communication. He earned his bachelor's degree (1994) from Purdue University.
