Career Advising
Internship and Career Services (ICS) offers a wide array of
resources and tools to help students and alumni obtain their career
goals. Students are encouraged to visit the office early in their
college experience to meet the staff and to take advantage of the
many services available. ICS offers one-on-one career advising
appointments to all students and alumni. Typical appointment topics
include:
ICS also offers the summer eCritique service available Memorial Day
through Labor Day. eCritique is a convenient way to receive a
resume or cover letter critique via e-mail while away from campus.
Simply e-mail your document to ecritique@butler.edu, and
indicate the type of position you are looking to obtain and a
job description if possible. Your document will be critiqued and
returned to you within three business days.
