Undergraduate Interns

Brooke Benesh ~ Student Marketing Analyst, Summer 2014

Brookebenesh 14Brooke Benesh is a student analyst with the Butler Business Consulting Group.  She is pursuing a bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship and  Management Information Systems and will graduate in May 2015. Upon graduation in May, Brooke will seek employment. She has various different business experiences including numerous summers spent at Action Filtration.  Brooke is an avid member of Butler's Colleges Against Cancer where she is chair for their event Bark for Life. As well as an active participant in Entrepreneurship activities. Brooke has participated in both semesters of Butler's Real Business Experience, where both semesters she built and ran a business from the ground up. After graduations in May of 2015 Brooke hopes to one day be able to achieve her goal of running her own business in the Indianapolis area. 


David Korb ~ CFO Services Student Analyst, Summer 2014

Davidkorb 14David Korb is a CFO Services Student Analyst for the Butler Business Consulting Group.  David graduated from Butler in May 2014 and will begin the Masters of Professional Accounting  program in the fall of 2014. At the BBCG David uses the accounting skills learned through classes to assist his clients in preparing monthly financials and projections. David's interned at Eli Lilly and Company  in the summer of 2013 where he worked in the Global Treasury Department on two benchmarking studies. He has also worked  as an assurance intern with PricewaterhouseCoopers during the spring of 2014.


Patrick Rowley ~ Student Analyst, Summer 2014

Patrickrowley 14Patrick Rowley is a student analyst with the Butler Business Accelerator. He is pursuing a B.S. degree in Finance
and Marketing. Patrick will graduate in May of 2015 and will pursue a career near the Indianapolis area. While this is Patrick's first internship and real experience in the business field, he provides a work ethic and is proactive in his position within the company. Since attending Butler, he has gained experience in finance, consulting, IT, and event planning. His second year at Butler, he began a start up company in the Real Business Experience course that involved operating a coffee company; this experience opened doors to Patrick and the business environment around him. Patrick has been very involved at Butler during his time as a student. He is an active member of Lambda Chi Alpha and the business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. He has served in various leadership roles in both of them, mostly focused in event planning and student government representation. Patrick spent the Spring of 2014 in Hong Kong and would like to make his way back to Asia through his career in business someday.


Will Schierholz ~ Student Analyst, Summer 2014

Willschierholz 14Will Schierholz is a Marketing Student Analyst for the Butler Business Consulting Group. He is a Marketing major, and he recently added an a second major in Entrepreneurship. Will expects to graduate in May of 2015. Consumer Sales. On campus, Will is a member of the Butler University Varsity baseball team. He was also a member of the Butler University football team for his first two years of school. For his first internship, Will worked as a marketing intern for the Indiana Ice hockey team. Will also has work experience as an instructor with Balls-n-Strikes, and instructional baseball facility located in St. Louis, MO.

Matt Speer ~ CFO Services Student Analyst, Summer 2014

Matthewspeer 14Matt Speer is a student analyst with the Butler Business Consulting Group. He is pursuing B.S. degrees in both Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He will graduate in May 2015. He has diverse business experience including an internship with IU Health's Garden on the Go program here in Indianapolis. In addition, Matt has completed a marketing internship with Classic Cleaner and has started his own business. Matt is a member of Sigma Nu and is a member of the Order of Omega Greek Excellence Society, in addition to several other academic honor societies. Matt also takes active rolls on Sigma Nu'sacademic and alumni committees. Matt will take the role as the Senior Class Treasurer during the 2014-2015 school year. 

MBA Project Managers

Ramona Cozma ~ MBA CFO Project Manager

Ramona Cozma is a MBA CFO Project Manager. Holding a B.S. degree in Organizational Leaderships, Cozma brings 10 years of business experience to Butler Business Accelerator. Several accounting positions held previously deepened her expertise in month-end close, credit card reconciliation, accounts payables, accounts receivables, and general ledger reconciliation. Recently, Cozma has been involved in monthly financials, actual vs. forecast reporting, accounting processes optimization, fixed asset schedule reporting, setting-up QuickBooks for the BBCG and other assignments. Currently, Cozma is working on her MBA at Butler University with a concentration in Finance and International Business. She plans on following a career in finance after graduation.
