Leadership Development
The Butler MBA is a
transformational experience. Throughout the program, new
knowledge and tools allow each student to continually develop their
skills as a leading business professional.
The transformation begins with the MBA 510 class. Students
complete initial assessments and develop personal action plans to
guide them through their future development as a manager and a
leader. Every student is assigned an executive coach who works
with them throughout MBA 510, and is available during the entire
MBA experience.
Before finishing the MBA program, students and coaches complete
a final assessment and develop another personal action plan.
When they leave, each student will have an MBA degree, a current
development plan to continue to guide them in the future, and a
valuable set of new skills.
