Instructor Profiles
Tim Robinson, Vice President-Senior Investment
Advisor for PNC Wealth Management, will serve as the main
instructor for the MBA 595 course in the spring. Tim is a
veteran instructor of MBA 515, the Legal and Ethical Operation of
Business at Butler University. Tim has 16 years
experience in areas of banking, trust, and investments. He
also brings substantial experience with nonprofits, specifically
his work as a board member for Central Indiana Regional Blood
Center, the Finance Council for Archdiocese of Indianapolis, and
the Finance Council for St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church
Mike Simmons is the Director in Corporate
Affairs with responsibility for Global Neuroscience Advocacy and
Professional Relations. Mike is familiar with the
Butler MBA program and has taught at Butler since 2005, primarily
in the marketing discipline. Mike will serve as the
instructor for the MBA 595 fall course. Mike's
nonprofit experience includes leadership with Mental Health
America, the Marion County Commission on Youth, United Way of
Central Indiana and Indiana Health Industry Forum.
Judith Cebula, Director of the Center for Faith
and Vocation at Butler University is also assisting in with the
spring course and the mentoring activities. Before
joining Butler, Judith worked for 15 years in daily newspaper
reporting, including The Indianapolis Star. She participated
in the city wide Stanley K Lacy Leadership Series and is a board
member for the Spirit & Place Festival, Our Lady of Grace
Monastery and Benedict Inn, and is involved with Stewardship and
liturgy committees at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
Tom King, retired President of the Eli Lilly
and Company Foundation, currently serves as the President of Thomas
A. King Consulting and the Interim Director of the Indiana State
Museum. Tom will serve as one of the instructors of the
Spring MBA 594 course. Tom has been an active Indianapolis
community member having served as the President of the Indianapolis
Chamber of Commerce, as well as holding several board positions
including the Indiana Sports Corporation, Goodwill and Benjamin
Harrison Home Foundation.
