Katrenia Reed Hughes
MBA Project Manager, Organizational Development
Reed Hughes completed her pre-doctoral internship at Butler
University's Counseling Center in 2000 and later joined Purdue
University as an African American Student Liaison and Staff
Therapist from 2001 to 2005. After starting the MBA program at
Butler and having numerous inspirational conversations with College
of Business faculty and Accelerator staff, she became
interested in the field of human resources. Her
concentration is leadership and her area of expertise at the
Accelerator is organizational development. The value
that she adds to the Accelerator is a balanced mixture of
psychology and MBA coursework and experiences.
