Butler has a new password management system that allows you to reset your password without having to call the Help Desk! Visit http://password.butler.edu and set up an alternate email address or mobile number so that you can have a reset PIN sent to you if you forget your Butler password. To enable this function: 1. Go to http://password.butler.edu and enter your username 2. Use your current password to log into the system 3. Once you're in, select Update profile (email/cell phone) 4. From here, you can enter your cell phone number if you want to be texted a PIN, or you can enter an alternate email address if you want to be emailed a PIN You must have answered your security questions in order to use the PIN system.
