Get Involved - Clowes Memorial Hall
Volunteer Ushers
Volunteer Ushers are an important part of Clowes Memorial Hall.
As a Volunteer Usher, you will work as part of a team to provide
patrons and visitors to Clowes with an enjoyable experience at our
many events and performances.
You will have the opportunity to see an array of amazing
artists, view award-winning performances, and experience a variety
of events. You not only donate your time and skills but also meet a
variety of different people and of course, have fun!
Time Commitment: We ask volunteers to work at least two events
each month. With this commitment, you will gain experience
interacting with patrons, learn more about Clowes, and maintain
your skills.
Training: All volunteers must attend a 2-hour training session
that will provide you with all of the skills and support you will
need to assist patrons.
Customer Service: Begins with a smile and a willingness to
help.
Team Spirit: We all work toward the same goal and support one
another.
Benefits: One of the benefits of serving as a Clowes volunteer
is the opportunity to see a performance or artist, FREE! From time
to time, Volunteers can take advantage of complimentary tickets to
events and performances at other events outside of Clowes in the
Indianapolis area.
