Chris Gahl serves as vice president of marketing &
communications for the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors
Association (ICVA)-the official marketing organization for the
City. Before joining the ICVA in 2005, he was part owner of a
marketing firm in Hawaii. A member of the 2012 Super Bowl
Host Committee, he has traveled to three past Super Bowls and
spearheaded promotion for the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl. In
addition to this board, he also sits on Butler's College of
Communication Board. He also is on the board of Heartland Truly
Moving Pictures. Chris was recently named one of the "40
Under 40 Future Leaders of the Meetings Industry" by Connect
magazine and was also named "Who's Who in Hospitality" by the
Indianapolis Business Journal. He attends Carmel Lutheran
Church with his wife, Catherine, and two sons, Kanoa (5) and Kai
(3).
