Alumni Associations
Alumni and parents are valued members of the Butler University
community. Butler's Alumni Association includes all alumni; you are
considered an alumnus if you earned 30 credit hours or more at
Butler. Today's Alumni Association is governed by a board of
directors and is organized into regional and affinity chapters.
Although roughly two-thirds of Butler graduates are in Indiana, our
43,000+ alumni live in every state and in more than 50 foreign
countries. The Association welcomes everyone "home" to the Butler
campus or to support the University wherever you live.
The Office of Alumni and Parent Programs oversees alumni and
parent organizations that are designed to be inclusive. None of our
organizations collect membership dues. They do, however, offer many
benefits and volunteer
opportunities. We administer many organizational bodies that
will reconnect you with Butler and support the University's
tradition of excellence.
