Verification Worksheets: After you have filed your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), Butler University's Office of Financial Aid may request you submit additional documentation to verify the information you submitted on the FAFSA. Verification is a process required by the U.S. Department of Education to ensure accuracy in completing the financial aid application. Please return all requested documents to the Office of Financial Aid within two weeks of receiving the request.
