The lifelong value our alumni have found in their undergraduate educations also means that they actively seek out our new graduates. Our graduate placement rate, the percentage of our 2012 graduates who reported they were fully employed or attending graduate school full-time, was 94 percent. In the midst of an extended economic downturn, our recent graduates found success. This gives us great confidence for continued success when the national and international economy begins a more substantial recovery.
Perhaps the greatest conclusion that you should draw from the extent of our alumni involvement with current Butler students and recent graduates is this: they are giving their time and money back to the institution. Long after they spent their days on campus, they continue to believe it is worth their support.
