Scheduling a Visit
Don't just browse Butler, experience it. Our beautiful campus. Our friendly students. Our wonderful facilities. Why? Because once you're here, we bet you'll feel right at home. We give you several ways to try us on. Choose whichever way is most comfortable for you. We have various visits and events for students who are exploring Butler but have not yet applied (Prospective Student Events) and Admitted Student Events for those families making their final decision.

Prospective Student Visits
Explore Butler
(Daily visits scheduled all year long)
Explore Butler offers small group information sessions followed by student-led tours. The visit lasts about 2 hours. Explore Butler is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. throughout the year. Selected Saturday morning visits are available in the fall and the spring.
Pre-Pharmacy and Pre-Physician Assistant Explore Butler Events:
We also offer special options for students interested in Pre-Pharmacy and Pre-Physician Assistant. This specialty visit is available at 11 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday or Thursday at 1 p.m. for Pharmacy. The Physician Assistant presentation is at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
We recommend you register at least two weeks prior to your visit. All visiting high school students should schedule their visits individually. The presentation room limits registered students to two guests each.

Individual Transfer Visits
Have you earned 12 or more credit hours since high school graduation and looking to transfer to Butler? Interested in a second bachelors degree? If so, you should come for a transfer student visit! Come meet one-on-one with an admission counselor to discuss applying, transferring credits and get other Butler related questions answered. While you're here, join us for a campus tour Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. Morning or afternoon appointments are available weekdays at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. year-round. Please indicate a first and second choice date for your visit and our visit coordinators will confirm your visit via email. Schedule a transfer student visit.
