This is Weird.

As the days get closer and closer to the school year ending more and more people are starting to pack up and leave. It’s weird to think that I won’t be living in this room ever again!

There’s a joke in my unit that I don’t even live here, and that’s partially true because I’m never in my room, but I love my unit when I am here! Just in case you didn’t know, a unit is the group of people you live with. My unit is 3 Northwest or we like to call ourselves 3 North Winning. Each unit has their own RA or Resident Assistant, and they are there to help you out with anything you need.  Ours is mostly here to play pranks on us and borrow our things, just kidding Steph!

My unit is with a great group of girls. We are usually always making each other laugh or causing ruckus in the hallways by yelling, running, hugging, or throwing candy at each other. A lot of people from other units come into our unit and say they wish their unit was like ours, so I am grateful to be part of a unit with great people! We’ve already had a couple people leave and it’s weird to see the room half empty.

Even though some people of the unit are not coming back to Butler next year for whatever reason they can always know that freshmen year they were part of the best unit ever! I know this is extremely cheesy, but if you are able to get a great unit then it’s awesome to look back on the crazy things you did as a unit, like our “pool party.”

"Pool Party"

Our unit has Kappa Kappa Gammas, Delta Delta Delta’s, Kappa Alpha Theta’s, Alpha Phi’s, and of course Pi Phi’s and even though we may all be in different houses next year we will all be able to remember the ridiculous moments we had. I’m proud to say I know each and everyone of these girls!
