No one ever told me what Pottermore was, but it was all the vogue this summer to be one of the few magical folks to get chosen for beta testing, which would last until Pottermore debuted to the public in October. Getting early access to Pottermore meant waiting around your computer on certain days waiting to click on a magical quill. I had someone tip me off when the magical quill appeared, then I waited almost a month and a half to get access. It happened this morning.
I raced to get through as much of the story as possible. I got my wand in Diagon Alley.
I know, I know. Coolest wand ever. I mean, did anyone see Draco’s wand in the last movies? It was stupid looking.
The time before I ran off to work became short. I clicked furiously to collect all of my supplies in Diagon Alley (including a fluffy white cat, because why not?) so I could get sorted at Hogwarts. FINALLY, THE MOMENT CAME.
Am I really a Gryffindor? Discuss.
At any rate, Pottermore has been down all evening (which you may have noticed if you tried to look around after clicking the above link). I can’t even sign in. Blah. I guess that means I should do homework.
