My friend recently told me that he was missing out on the true college experience. “What exactly is that?” I asked him. His reply was succinct and accurate. “This is when you need to just act like an idiot. Lose all sense of shame—” to a point, I might add, “—and just have fun.”
Why did he bring this up, one might ask, ever so astutely. The reason for that is Yell Like Hell, a dance/cheer/stunt competition between the fraternities, sororities, and residence halls. This years theme: the 90’s. Our focus: Ninja Turtles. Chances of looking ridiculous: Certain.
