So today’s Music Monday is dedicated to Lana Del Rey. I’ve been listening to her music all day since the weather has been dreary and she has awkwardly depressing music so they go hand in hand.
The song for today is “Summertime Sadness.” It’s partially because it’s a good song and the other part is because the summer means I’m closer to having to go out into the real world which basically means the end of my youth. But on the bright side it means I won’t have any homework! The music video features Lana being dramatic, as usual, and jumping off a cliff but somehow surviving. I don’t really understand it but I love it anyway.
