Set Fire To The Rain

The weather has been awkwardly depressing lately. Not only has it been cold, it has been drizzling/raining. I’ve had to start wearing my jacket and bundling up. I guess fall is coming with a vengeance this year. I’ve been listening to Adele to prepare myself for this weather and so far it has been working.

With October just starting, I can’t help but think about how soon Halloween is. I think I also might actually dress up this year! So far I have no idea what I want to be but I’m sure I’ll think of something. I’m thinking of visiting my friends at IU for Halloween so that should be fun.

Spanish and Art Creativity

So today in Spanish class my group finally got to perform our rendition of “Bad Romance” for the class. We pretty much rocked it! We even got extra credit for memorizing it and wearing costumes. I wore a cape (my Halloween costume).

In my Aesthetics and Design class, we had an assignment in which we had to take a blank sheet of paper and somehow raise the value of it. I made it into a pro-recycling sign and included a statistic on it. I’ll post a picture showing it.

Happy Halloween!

So I spent my Halloween weekend at IU in Bloomington! I visited my friends and it was so much fun! I dressed as a SUPER fan. I wore a cape, a foam finger, and an IU shirt. But, I still love my Butler Bulldogs!

IU was a fun experience because there are so many people. It was fun maneuvering through the crowds of people to get to different places. My favorite part was when me and my friend Jill were walking down the street and a random person threw marshmallows at us! It doesn’t sound fun or that exciting but trust me, it was the funniest thing ever.

Since my weekend was all play and no work, after mass today, I have to write three papers today for this week! It was worth it though!

Another Fun Weekend!

This weekend I’m going to Indiana University! It should be fun since it’s Halloween weekend. I’m staying with my friend Jill. I don’t have much of a costume since I went to the first store that had anything that looked like a costume. The store ended up being CVS!

Since it didn’t have a wide variety all I got was a cape so hopefully I can make some sort of costume out of the rest of the clothes in my closet. Tonight before I leave, I might go to IUPUI to visit some of my friends that attend school there.
