Last week I decided to buy Insomnia Cookies for my residents and take a trip to the Butler Observatory. I took my residents with another RA and her residents and we took a trip to the observatory. It was so fun and we really got to learn a lot.

First we got an overview of the solar system and then got to look at actual stars through a telescope. In the process, I realized something I hadn’t before. I loathe the planet Saturn. It is so obnoxious! Why are its rings so big, and why are there so many!? It’s obviously a show-off, which makes me hate it. Hopefully Saturn suffers the same fate as Pluto and gets removed from the list of planets.
