Happy Valentine’s Day!

Today is Valentine’s Day and I was pleasantly surprised that as soon as I walked into Jordan Hall, there was a girl handing out Valentine’s Day cards and candy. It definitely made my morning. I really needed the sugar because I was so tired. I didn’t even get to stop by Starbucks before class like I usually do!

In my Civil War FYS class we are now reading “For Cause and Comrades” by James M. McPherson. I haven’t started reading it yet but I will tonight and give my opinion. It’s shorter than the last book we read so I kind of like it already.

I did not get to watch the Grammys yesterday unfortunately. I did get to catch Lady Gaga’s performance, which I actually thought was kind of boring. I’m an ardent fan and even I was left a little disappointed with her new song “Born This Way.”

That’s all for today! Feel free to leave a comment and thanks for visiting!

  1. Have you ever thought about adding a little
bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important
and all. But think about if you added some great visuals or video clips
to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but
with images and video clips, this blog could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its field.

    Great blog!

  2. yes happy valentine day to you as well. Check my blog to get a date before v-day !
