The My.Butler web portal provides easy, direct access to university services and information, allowing students, staff, and faculty to work more efficiently.
Log into my.butler.edu to:
- Check your financial aid status
- Submit your online housing application
- Search for & schedule classes
- View a list of campus services (ex: Butler Connection, dining menu, etc.)
- Pay for your parking permit
- View the student handbook
Frequently Asked Questions:
A: Until you do, you won't be able to access your online financial aid file to find out what might still be needed or to view your package when complete; you also won't be able to register for classes.
Q: Will I keep my username and password when I come to Butler?
A: Yes, so pick a password you can remember! This service is ongoing and helps you make a smooth transition to Butler University. You will be able to view your grades online, too.
A: Should you be eligible for financial aid, you will find a 'To Do' list showing information we have received and what may still be needed to complete your financial aid file.
Q: What else do I have access to in the portal?
A: Among other things, you will have access to our course listings, your class schedule after you register, the University calendar, and car registration.
Q: What should I do if I have technical problems?
A: Contact our Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the my.butler support blog. Due to FERPA regulations, the Help Desk can only reset passwords for the student account holder.
