Graduate Education
Founded in 1855, Butler is a nationally recognized comprehensive
university that blends the liberal arts with first-rate programs,
including 18 master's degree programs in five colleges and the
Doctor of Pharmacy from our College of Pharmacy and Health
Sciences. Our graduate programs, in the colleges of business,
education, fine arts, liberal arts and sciences, and pharmacy and
health sciences, provide the highest quality of liberal and
professional education. As with our undergraduate programs,
our graduate programs are integrative and interdisciplinary, and
create and foster a stimulating intellectual community built upon
interactive dialogue and inquiry among students and
faculty.
Through creative collaborations on campus, in our urban
community, nationally, and internationally, we engage students in
learning experiences with local impact and global reach, and work
to provide graduate opportunities that fit the lives of
professionals ready to take the next steps in their careers.
We invite you to explore the excellent and innovative academic
offerings of Butler University, and we look forward to talking with
you about how you can realize your academic goals with a graduate
