Areas of Expertise

Higher Education administrator with undergraduate liberal arts and sciences emphasis.  Expertise in curricular and program development, assessment, retention, and all student academic affairs areas,  including advising, registration, orientation, honors, undergraduate research, diversity and accessibility.  Senior level administrative experience in academic affairs--strategic planning, policies, procedures, operations--across range of higher ed institutions:  private liberal arts, public and private master's comprehensive, and R-I public flagship university. 

As associate professor of history, teaching specialty in Early American history with emphasis on religion, society, and the family; race and gender.
