My teaching interests include Individual, Corporate, Partnership taxation as well as "Taxes and Business Strategy". I have also taught a variety of financial accounting classes, including Introduction to Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting and Managerial Accounting.

My research focuses on the influence of taxes on the investment, financing and capital structure decisions of firms. I have published articles in numerous journals such as the Journal of the American Taxation Association, Journal of Accounting Research, Research in Accounting Regulation, The National Tax Journal, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting and the Journal of Legal Taxation.
