Faculty and Staff
Butler faculty and staff who need to plan an event or meeting on campus are encouraged to contact their Conferences and Special Events representative directly. Select your representative's contact information from a list arranged by event, by college or by administrative area. You may submit a room reservation request by logging in to the My Butler portal.

Students
Planning an on-campus event for your club or organization? You'll need to complete the blue Student Event Request form (PDF) and the Major Event Form (PDF) and get the appropriate signatures. You can pick up this form and instructions from the Office of Programs for Leadership and Service Education (Atherton Union, Rm. 101) or from the Office of Conferences and Special Events (Jordan Hall, Rm. 18).
